Kids NoGi Program


We believe that the practice of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is seen as a means to individual development and personal growth. Strength, self-awareness, respect, discipline and responsibility are common core values taught within our kid’s program. Our kid’s program is structured to teach technique through functional games aimed to improve your child’s agility and flexibility in a fun, friendly and interactive manner.

Kid’s 3-6 yrs

This program is designed to introduce our youngest students to jiu jitsu, as well as help him/her develop agility and coordination. The curriculum includes fun games and interactive drills that teach basic jiu jitsu movements and beginner techniques, ensuring a strong foundation and better understanding of our art, while maintaining his/her interest and keeping it enjoyable for your youngster. Instructors also promote and reinforce strong core values through simple and easy-to-follow methods. Program Goals: Learn self-discipline and build confidence Develop respect for instructors and peers Improve coordination and agility Curriculum Includes: Beginner jiu jitsu techniques Coordination-building drills and movement exercises Simplified explanation of core values

Kid’s 7-13 yrs

This program is designed to build a strong foundation in your student’s practice, and improve his/her coordination, movement, and agility. Students will also receive a comprehensive overview of all positions and techniques in the beginner and fundamental curriculum, as well as an introduction to the more advanced jiu jitsu curriculum. Students will also be given more detailed explanations of core jiu jitsu concepts and ideas.

–  Develop respect for instructors and peers 

Curriculum Includes:

 – Overview of all positions and situations

 – Comprehensive instruction of beginner and fundamental techniques

– Introduction to advanced jiu jitsu techniques 

– Detailed explanation of core concepts and ideas 

– Beginner and advanced No-Gi concepts
